A few years ago, we were started as a local software agency in Malaysia provided web development service and app development service to our clients in different cities.
We mastered the practice to simplify and advanced the entire software product development process fully remote (including tech support and communication) to the business founders even though we have not met with them face-to-face.
Later on, we became an offshore software development company to extend our mobile app development company in Australia and the United Kingdom remotely.
